Driven Auto Service did a great job diagnosing a headlight issue I’ve had on my truck for months that other places couldn’t pin down. They quickly identified the problem, explained the fix clearly, and had it repaired the same day. In and out with no runaround. Professional, efficient, and honest — I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them without hesitation.

Their prices are a little high, but less than dealership prices. I’ve had work done at other places in the area but was rarely confident after the work was done. Confidence and satisfaction are definitely worth a little extra money, especially when it comes to diagnosis!

During my oil change, Brian at the front desk reported the mechanic found and fixed an unplugged sensor which is why my dash lights kept going off prior to my visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my car in 3 hours. They even did a full inspection to see if there was anything else needing repairs. The pricing was reasonable and very fair. They’ve even followed up to make sure everything is still running fine. Our engine blew on a family trip. We were towed to this shop. Jeremy was so helpful and knew we were out of town so he made sure to diagnose our cars issues so we could get it done asap. Went in for an oil change I had gotten a flyer in the mail so I took the chance and went. Turned out they did a full inspection and found out I needed to get a brake fluid change. Showed me photos of the low cloudy liquid so I went ahead and did it. Shout out to Chris for getting my vehicle right. No wait time took us right in, in the mean time I spotted some “junk” tires that weren’t so junky that would fit my truck asked them how much and they gave them to me.
